9. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any order we receive for any reason. Instances for which your order may be cancelled or revised can include limitations on quantities or problems identified by our credit and fraud avoidance department (such as no security code, unverifiable billing and shipping information). We may require additional verification or information before accepting any order including overnight and larger quantity orders. We will contact you if the order is revised. If your order is cancelled after your credit card has been charged, we will issue a credit to your credit card in the amount of the charge.
10. SpaCentric reserves the right to limit the quantity of items purchased per person, per household or per order. These restrictions may be applicable to orders placed by the same credit card, and also to orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address. We also reserve the right to prohibit sales to dealers or customers redirecting product.
11. SpaCentric makes every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors of our products that appear on the Site. Photos are usually manufacturer provided and are the most accurate possible. The actual colors you see will depend on your monitor; we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any of the colors that are shown will be accurate. Shipping Information

• USPS Priority Mail shipping is free for all orders within the continental United States over $49. All other orders shipped USPS Priority Mail will be $3.00
• Packages being delivered to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and some small or rural towns may take longer to arrive. For packages being shipped to APO/FPO addresses, please check with your local post office to find out what the delivery time will be from the state of California, USA. You will receive an email from us with a tracking number when your order is shipped.
• All orders placed by 12:00pm PST will go out the same day; any orders after 12:00pm will be shipped the next day.
• Orders placed on weekends and holidays will be shipped the following business day.

Out of Stock Items
All products are normally in stock. Occasionally some items may be temporarily back-ordered. The entire order will be processed and shipped when back-ordered items are available.

Sales Tax
Sales tax will be charged for orders shipped within the State of California.

International Shipments
We do NOT ship Internationally at this time.

Claim Requirements
To file for a loss, there is a 30 day waiting period for all domestic packages. A signed letter is required after the waiting period or your claim won't be processed. No emails will be accepted. Damages can be filed immediately. If your damage claim is over $100.00, proof of damage is required. Please obtain photos of the damage or return the package using a trackable delivery service for investigation.

Return & Cancellation Policy

• To qualify for a return, products must be returned within 30 days of purchase. All parts, pieces and printed materials must be in their original packaging. You must obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization number. Any returns sent back to us without a return authorization cannot be accepted. Your RMA number is good for 10 days upon issue and must be written on the outside of the returning package. Please include a copy of your invoice and RMA# with your return.
  Use a trackable carrier and insure the package as we can not be responsible for lost return shipments.
  
  Upon receipt of your returned item(s), your credit card will be will be electronically refund within 14-21 days of receipt of the product. A handling fee of 10% of purchase price will be assessed on all returns.
• Shipping fees are not eligible for refund.
• All credit card purchases will be issued a refund to the credit card used. Purchases made with personal check will be refunded with a company check.
• Orders canceled prior to shipment will receive full credit.

Promotional Code

• Only ONE promotional code or special offer may be redeemed at a time.
• Promotional codes are non-transferable and are may not be redeemed for cash or credit.
• Expired promotional codes are not valid.
• Your discount offer will appear prior to submitting payment information and will be based on your total purchase price before tax and delivery charges.
• Promotional codes cannot be used again if you decide to cancel or return an order in which you have received a discount.
• Promotional codes are NOT valid on previous purchases.
• SpaCentric reserves the right to refuse or deny any promotional codes obtained from the Internet, including, but not limited to: bulletin boards, chat rooms, forums, third party coupon sites, or other Internet sites. SpaCentric also reserves the right to reject orders with a promotional code that was transferred from its intended recipient or is in violation of any of the above stated restrictions.
